Everything You Need To Know Before You Apply.

Do I need pro video equipment?+
No. Your phone is enough. Most of our highest-performing UGC was shot on an iPhone in landscape mode, handheld. We'd rather have authentic job-site footage than a polished studio video — that's what makes UGC work for HVAC pros.
How long does each video need to be?+
Install walkthroughs run 60-90 seconds. B-roll is 30-60 seconds. Testimonials and pro-to-pro pitches are 30-60 seconds each. Total filming time across all 5 videos is usually under an hour spread across a few job sites.
Can I do cash AND free units?+
You pick one track per campaign cycle. If you complete the cash track now, you can re-apply for the free units track in the next campaign — and vice versa. This keeps the program fair for new pros entering the database.
When do I get paid?+
Cash track: direct deposit via Vidovo within 14 days of your final video being accepted. Free units track: product ships from our warehouse within 7 business days of your videos being accepted — to the shop address on your application.
Do I give up rights to my videos?+
You grant iFLO PRO® a perpetual license to use the content across our marketing channels (web, email, social, paid ads). You still own your footage and can use it however you like — including on your own social media. We'll always credit your name and shop.
Do I need customer permission for testimonial videos?+
Yes — Vidovo includes a one-tap release form for customers to sign on your phone before you film. Takes about 30 seconds. We won't accept any third-party footage without it.
Am I locked in if I apply?+
No. Applying isn't a commitment. If you get accepted and decide it's not for you, just don't submit — there's no penalty, and you can apply for a future campaign anytime. You only get paid for what you submit and we approve.
I'm not yet an iFLO PRO® Partner. Can I still apply?+
This campaign is currently open to active iFLO PRO® Partners. If you're not signed up yet, you can become a Pro Partner here first — most contractors are approved within 24-48 hours, and then you can immediately apply to the UGC campaign on Vidovo.
