iFLO Privacy Policy
This iFLO privacy policy (Privacy Policy) is issued by Great Innovations LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including iFLO LLC (collectively, “iFLO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to the website located at www.iflo.com, our iFLO mobile application, and the related products and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). Other Great Innovations brands and websites are governed by their own separate policies.
Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable laws and regulations regarding any personal information we may collect about you through the Services.
Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as your name, address, and date of birth), your devices, your payment details, and even information about how you use a website, app, or online service.
In the event the Services contain links to third-party sites and services, please be aware that those sites and services may have their own privacy policies. After following a link to any third-party content, you should read their posted privacy policy information about how they collect and use personal information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of your activities after you leave the Services.
Information We Collect
Information we collect falls into one of two categories: “voluntarily provided” information and “automatically collected” information.
“Voluntarily provided” information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using the Services.
“Automatically collected” information refers to any information automatically sent by your device in the course of accessing the Services.
Log Data
When you visit our website or access our servers via our app, we may automatically log the standard data provided by your device. It may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your device type and version, browser type, your activity within the Services, the pages you visit, referring and exit pages, time and date, and other details about your usage.
Additionally, when you encounter certain errors while using the Services, we automatically collect data about the error and the circumstances surrounding its occurrence. This data may include technical details about your device, what you were trying to do when the error happened, and other technical information relating to the problem. You may or may not receive notice of such errors, even in the moment they occur, that they have occurred, or what the nature of the error is.
Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.
Device Data
When you use our mobile app, it may access and collect data via your device’s in-built tools, such as:
• Your identity
• Location data (used, among other things, to determine and optimize your dispensing schedule)
• Camera (used, among other things, to take pictures of your HVAC unit)
• Phone/SMS
• Storage, photos and/or media
When you install the app or use your device’s tools within the app, we request permission to access this information. The specific data we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and the permissions you grant when you install and use the app.
Personal Information
We may ask for personal information, for example, when you place an order, submit content to us, register an account, subscribe to our communications, or contact us, which may include one or more of the following:
• Name
• Phone/mobile number
• Home/mailing address
• Billing and shipping address and payment details (payment card information is processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our systems)
User-Generated Content
We consider “user-generated content” to be materials that users submit, upload, publish, transmit, display, distribute, or otherwise make available content, including without limitation text, photographs, images, graphics, audio recordings, video recordings, reviews, comments, feedback, testimonials, suggestions, messages, and other materials.
You acknowledge and agree that any User Content you submit may be publicly displayed, published, distributed, and made available to other users and third parties. Once User Content is published, copied, shared, or distributed by iFLO, other users, search engines, social media platforms, or third parties, iFLO cannot control and is not responsible for the subsequent use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or disclosure of such User Content.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you may have in your User Content. However, by submitting, uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise providing User Content to iFLO, you grant iFLO and its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, service providers, marketing partners, and contractors a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transmit, broadcast, promote, advertise, market, and otherwise exploit such User Content, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed, for any lawful business purpose, including without limitation operating, improving, promoting, advertising, and marketing the Website, products, services, and business operations of iFLO, without further notice, consent, compensation, or attribution to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights, rights of attribution, rights of privacy, rights of publicity, or similar rights in and to the User Content and agree not to assert any such rights against iFLO or its authorized users.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or control all rights necessary to submit the User Content and grant the rights described in these Terms; (b) the User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any person or entity; (c) the User Content is accurate and not misleading; and (d) the User Content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting, publishing, or sharing it. iFLO does not endorse, verify, control, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or reliability of any User Content and expressly disclaims all liability arising from or relating to User Content.
iFLO reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor, review, screen, edit, refuse, remove, delete, restrict, reclassify, or disable access to any User Content at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason, in its sole discretion.
Without limiting the foregoing, iFLO may remove or refuse to publish any User Content that iFLO determines, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, harmful to iFLO or its users, or otherwise inconsistent with the purposes of the Website or these Terms.
You acknowledge that iFLO has no obligation to preserve, maintain, store, or provide copies of any User Content and may delete or destroy User Content at any time without liability.
The rights granted under this Section shall survive termination of your account, these Terms, and your use of the Website.

Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Services use cookies, web beacons (single-pixel gifs), and similar tracking technologies. A cookie is a small piece of data that a website or app may store on your device, typically containing a unique identifier that allows our servers to recognize your device; information about your account, session and/or device; additional data that serves the purpose of the cookie; and any self-maintenance information about the cookie itself.
We may use these technologies to give your device access to core features of the Services, to track usage and performance, to keep track of your preferences, to tailor your experience of the Services, to measure the effectiveness of our communications and marketing campaigns, and to serve advertising to your device. Some cookies may be served by us, and some may be served by third parties delivering services on our behalf.
You may set your browser to refuse cookies or to remove cookies from your device. By blocking or deleting cookies, you may not be able to take full advantage of the Services.
Targeted Advertising
We may work with third parties, such as advertising networks and analytics providers, that use tracking technologies on the Services in order to provide tailored advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and mobile media. These third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and devices to deliver advertising that may be of interest to you.
You can learn about your choices regarding interest-based advertising, including opt-out procedures, at the Network Advertising Initiative (www.networkadvertising.org) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (www.aboutads.info/choices). Opting out does not mean you will no longer receive advertising; it means the participating companies will no longer deliver interest-based advertising to you. If your browser rejects cookies, you erase cookies, or you change devices or browsers, your opt-out may no longer be effective.
Business Transfers
We may disclose, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, due diligence process, reorganization, sale of assets, joint venture, assignment, transfer, divestiture, change of control, bankruptcy, insolvency, dissolution, liquidation, or other corporate transaction involving all or part of our business.
Personal information may be considered a business asset and may be transferred as part of such a transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any successor entity, purchaser, or transferee may continue to collect, use, disclose, retain, and/or process personal information consistent with applicable law and the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of transfer.
To the extent required by applicable law, we may provide notice of such a transaction through the Services, by email, or by any other method permitted by law. Any changes to the handling of personal information following a transaction will be governed by the privacy policy then in effect.
Limits of Our Policy
The Services may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

If required by law, we will get your permission or give you the opportunity to opt in to or opt out of, as applicable, any new uses of your personal information.
Additional Disclosures for U.S. State Privacy Law Compliance
The following section includes provisions intended to comply with comprehensive U.S. state consumer privacy laws, including those of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, in each case only to the extent such laws apply to us and only with respect to residents of the applicable state. Non-state-specific language applies to residents of all of the states listed above.
Do Not Track
Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. At this time, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. If and to the extent required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control.
We adhere to the standards outlined in this privacy policy, ensuring we collect and process personal information lawfully, fairly, transparently, and with legitimate, legal reasons for doing so.
California Privacy Laws (CCPA/CPRA)
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the CCPA), applies to us, the following applies to California residents. In accordance with your right to non-discrimination, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels for the goods or services we provide. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to the value of your personal information, and we will provide written terms that describe clearly the nature of such an offer. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
